Compared with the conventional dyeing machine, the overall pipeline layout of this machine was simplified saving about 25% of pipeline. Therefore, a very low water ratio of 1: 4-5 can be achieved.

The specially designed creel allows the maximum number of yarn spindles to be arranged in a limited space.
Precise flow control enables high-quality results from dyeing from roving to roving.

Frequency converter controlled the main pump motor: Provides stepless flow control, which saves energy consumption during startup and reduced load operation.

Shorten process time: smooth and uniform liquor flow and high exchange rate of the dye liquor accelerate the main process and shorten the dye liquor cycle.
